People are still asking if Moroccans abroad can vote on the upcoming referendum. The answer is YES, Moroccan Nationals, including those holding dual citizenship, who are 18 years of age or older can vote on the proposed revision of the Moroccan constitution.
To cast a vote, you will need either a Moroccan ID, Moroccan passport or your registration card.
